Bowen Therapy is a gentle, relaxing, fully clothed, hands-on technique that uses subtle rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and fascia, followed by short pauses, to stimulate the body’s natural healing response via the nervous system. It aims to restore equilibrium within the muscular and skeletal system to enhance better body function and to calm the nervous system to allow tension to melt away.

It can help relieve muscle and joint pain, back, neck, and shoulder tension, headaches, sports injuries, and issues like stress, fatigue, and poor posture by improving circulation, flexibility, and overall body function.

Relaxing Flower Essence Massage - Ladies Only

Let go of stress and tension with this nurturing 1hr relaxation massage. I only use Living Essences, Body Bliss flower essence massage cream to enhance the therapeutic benefits of relaxation & improve skin hydration. Living Essences is proudly a WA company using many WA wildflower essences which promote stress relief and relaxation. Massage cream will absorb into the skin rather that sit on top like many oils do & you wont need to shower immediately or stain clothing.

*Flower essences are natural remedies made from the energetic imprint of flowers, used to support emotional balance and well-being.

Kalbarri Calm was established in Nov 2025 & offers Bowen Therapy treatments and Relaxation Massage (for ladies) at The Studio beauty and wellness in Kalbarri WA.

I (Nicole) qualified as a Remedial Massage therapist & Bowen Therapist in 2009. Bowen Therapy soon became my preferred treatment method due to the positive result outcomes for clients and its gentleness on the nervous system.

I now no longer provide Remedial Massage or Deep Tissue massage, preferring to use a gentle and calming approach to treatments.
